Irish fiddler Oisin MacDiarmada presents his annual holiday show with Irish songs, ballads, stories, jigs, reels, polkas, hornpipes, slides, and a couple of limericks and bad jokes. Featured are vocalists Seamus Begley and the duo Lumiere (Eilis Kennedy & Pauline Scanlon). Guitarist Donagh Hennessy and foot percussionist Brian Cunningham round out the ensemble. Recorded at the Freight & Salvage on November 27, 2011.
